Readers Theater is an oral reading exercise in which two or more readers share an original or adapted text with an audience.  Refer to the Read it Out Loud! article for more information on using and assessing reader's theater activities.

Print out or make several copies of the entire script.  Pages can be cut in halve and stapled into a folded piece of 9"x12" construction paper to create books that can be shared between players.
