Life story of the explorer Christopher Columbus, first published in 1955.

A more complete picture of the life of Christopher Columbus that includes some of his character flaws and problems. The illustrations are pencil drawings, a mix of black line and full color pictures. Each page of text has a facing page illustration and there are several striking double page picture spreads.

I have used the page illustrations to make story boards so that I can adapt the text to the audience and often leave out some of the more negative parts. I put parts of the text I intend to use and my own script on the back of each illustration and laminate them.
